Pre-Sales
Before placing an order
We accept all major credit and debit cards, instant bank payments and manual bank transfers.
Please place your order online using the BACS (Manual bank transfer) payment option and reply to the order confirmation email. The Proforma Invoice will be sent by email within one working day.
Special Order products usually take about 4 to 12 weeks for delivery. Please call us to confirm the expected lead time for specific products.

After placing an order
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, and most orders are delivered within 2 to 4 working days.
You can return an unwanted product in its original and unused condition within 14 days, kindly contact us to obtain the Returns Reference Number and instructions. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any return costs for unwanted items, you will need to arrange for the shipping yourself and ensure their safe return.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a returns collection service at present.
Yes, a product can be returned in person with prior appointment after obtaining the Returns Reference Number.
Your VAT invoice is attached to the order despatch email. Please download and save the invoice (proof of purchase), as personal data is retained only for a limited period of time due to GDPR.
Yes, please check all products on delivery and notify us of any problems within 24 hours.
Orders are usually processed immediately and it may not be possible to change or cancel an order once it has been despatched. If you have made an error, please contact us immediately and we shall try to assist if possible.
